Join the “Colonel & Bella” TONIGHT on a discussion about "What’s in Your Mental Health Rucksack?” Each of the veterans’ services have different names for their bags. For First Responders that might be their EMS Bag, for Army Duffle/Molle/Rucksack Bag, Sailors Sea/Duffle Bag, Coast Guard Carhartt/Duffle bag, Marines, Sea/Duffle/Rucksack Bag, Air Force A/Duffle/Helmet Bag, and Space Force Mobility/Duffle Bag. For civilians their suitcase. Whatever type of bag you use to carry your mental health tools and modalities in, let’s explore and discuss together what we should have on hand. Create our checklist.
