In this week's group we explore why boundaries are important and necessary for ourselves and others. While some people may think that boundaries are a barrier to love, compassion, or understanding, they are often the door through which we can access these things. Boundaries prevent burnout, self-abuse, and exhaustion. TONIGHT we will learn how to identify them and create them or talk about the ones we currently have!
