Good morning, Col Burroughs and thank you so much for Rally Point and all that you and RP Family do here. For years, my normal was slowly killing me from the inside out. Up until 6 1/2 years ago, my normal day consisted of the following: Out of bed 0400 - 0500 hrs, coffee til 0800 - 0900 hrs; first beer 0900hrs; last beer 1700 - 1800 hrs; restless sleep from 1900 hrs to 0400 - 0500 hrs, and a new day dawns.
