The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Monday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome to the beginning of a new week from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” on Day Thirteen of “Operation Costa Rica!” — 24 January 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Clear Head/Mind Day!” Why Not?
“Every leader needs to have a clear head to accomplish their vision and the direction they want to take themselves, the team, and the organization. Having a clear head and mind breeds passion and excitement that will drive the leader and the team. You must be there every day to provide the right support and direction. Practice having a clear head and mind each day!" — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. When I want to clear my mind, I have learned to read God’s Word and then have a prayerful conversation with God. I have submitted below a link that talks clearly to doing that. Have a blessed day today and always.

July 15, 2017 Clear Minded WRITTEN BY BOYD BAILEY
Thoughts from daily Bible reading for today – July 15, 2017 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV) A clear mind promotes creativity but a cluttered mind clings to the status quo. The mind is like a computer’s inbox: It can fill up quickly…
When I was flying I learned that a few minutes on 100% oxygen was a good way to clear your mind, it was also a decent hangover cure. Can't do that anymore but a few deep breaths and counting to 10 is a pretty good substitute.
Good Monday morning Colonel.
