Today’s Message is: “Small Steps Day!” Why Not?
“Leadership is not always about doing big things. Some of your best leaders take small steps to achieve their purpose and vision. If they want to make a lasting change, create lasting results, and inspire their people along the way, leaders don’t make giant leaps of faith. They make calculated steps toward many smaller goals to reach the ultimate objective. As a leader are you willing to take smaller steps toward a clear path to success and increase motivation?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

We finally made it home yesterday evening Mikel, my wife had started feeling a bit under the weather the day prior. When we got home she tested positive for Covid; her second time (last was Dec2020).
So far I am negative, we are staying in different areas of the house.

I've always been leary of those with grandiose plans. From the time you stopped crawling it was the small steps, not the grand plans, that got you where you wanted to be.
Good morning Robert. I really like your post. Blessings.
Good Monday morning Colonel.
