Good Wednesday afternoon Colonel. I added the cycling quotes since it is one of the main ways I unwind.
Fortunately the crewmember rules in SAC forced me to learn the need to unwind both before and after missions early in my career. It's something that carried over to my civilian career as well, but I often had to teach people that.
