Join our Volunteer, Army Veteran & Peer Support Specialist/Supervisor Derrick Iozzio TONIGHT for "Forever Forward!" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, sponsored and presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).
We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

TONIGHT's Topic: "I didn't Check TRIVAGO"

Join Derrick & Friends TONIGHT as we talk about "I didn't Check TRIVAGO" A discussion on self-comparison and mental health.

Self-comparison, especially in the era of social media, can negatively impact mental health by decreasing self-esteem, fostering negative self-talk, and contributing to feelings of anxiety, depression, and inadequacy, but by practicing self-awareness, gratitude, setting personal goals, limiting social media, and focusing on personal growth, one can reduce its harmful effects.
To increase self-esteem and stop comparing yourself to others, cultivate self-awareness, practice gratitude, focus on your own unique journey and progress, and limit exposure to comparison-triggering environments like social media.
How to Increase Your Self Esteem
