We are asking everyone to share who we are and the support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing through the Warriors for Life (WFL) online network. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

Please share the Warriors for Life mission with Veterans, first responders, active-duty service members, caregivers, and family members. Invite someone to join us for one meeting, learn what WFL offers, and share the hard-earned wisdom that may help another person feel less alone.
Sometimes life gets filed under “later.” We’ll call that friend when we feel more like ourselves, pick up the guitar when our mind is quieter, or do something enjoyable once we’ve finally earned the time.
Some of us face real limits on our energy, money, or time. We can start with what’s within reach and choose something that fits the life we have.
The fight may still be going on. Grief, worry, or responsibilities may still be there tomorrow. A difficult day can also hold a favorite song or ten quiet minutes with someone we trust.
What if we gave one of those moments a place now? We could make a little room for the person who enjoys music, tells a terrible joke, or likes sitting outside with a cup of coffee.
Some days, that choice may feel easy. On other days, company or a little quiet may be all we want. We get to choose what feels meaningful and how much we have room for.
Let’s name one part of life we miss and consider a small, manageable way to enjoy it this week.
