Drop in TONIGHT with Volunteer and Army Veteran Mikel Burroughs for "Burly's Warriors" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).
We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

Developing a robust support network is crucial for managing mental health challenges, enhancing resilience, and fostering overall well-being. This network can encompass various individuals and groups providing emotional, practical, informational, and social assistance.
Mental health balance refers to a state where an individual feels a sense of well-being, harmony, and equilibrium across various aspects of their life.This includes managing emotions, maintaining healthy relationships, engaging in meaningful activities, and attending to physical health needs. It's not about eliminating negative emotions, but rather finding a healthy way to navigate them while cultivating positive experiences.

Key Components of Mental Health Balance:
Emotional Balance:
Recognizing and managing emotions constructively, practicing mindfulness, and developing resilience to cope with challenges.
Social Balance:
Nurturing supportive relationships, fostering a sense of belonging, and contributing to the community.
Physical Balance:
Prioritizing sleep, nutrition, and regular exercise to support overall well-being.
