TONIGHT "Getting Out of the Comfort Zone!" with Steven, Friends & Warriors for Life (WFL)

Join our Volunteer, Air Force Veteran, Peer Support Specialist, and Writer/Author Steven Bates TONIGHT for "Mid-Week Musings!" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, sponsored and presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).

We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

TONIGHT's Topic:  "Getting Out of the Comfort Zone!"

ree

"We all have a Comfort Zone. It's where we feel safe, secure, and comfortable.  It's where we don't have to have conflicts or interactions we don't like.  But what does getting out of the Comfort Zone mean?  It means growth, plain and simple.  A wise saying is that "No growth comes from inside the Comfort Zone and no Comfort comes from Growth.".  So how do we get out of our Comfort Zone to establish the growth we need?"

ree

Getting out of one's comfort zone means intentionally exposing oneself to new and unfamiliar situations to promote personal growth and development. It involves challenging oneself, trying new things, and stepping outside of one's usual routine and boundaries. This can lead to increased confidence, expanded perspectives, and the discovery of new passions and interests.
