TONIGHT "What's on Your Mind?" with Kim, Friends, and Warriors for Life (WFL)

Come join Volunteer, Army Veteran, Peer Support Specialist, & Writer/Author Kim Gwinner for "Tuesday Topic" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, sponsored and presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).

We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

Tuesday Topic:  "What's on Your Mind?"

Join Kim TONIGHT for a round table discussion about "What's on Your Mind?" Is there something you want to talk about?

"What's on your mind?" when it comes to mental health, refers to how you're feeling emotionally, how you're thinking, and how you're behaving in your daily life. It encompasses your overall well-being and your ability to cope with stress, build relationships, and contribute to your community. It's about both feeling good and managing challenges.

Why It's Hard to Talk About Mental Health?

"Is there something you want to talk about?" is a valuable phrase to use when addressing mental health concerns, it can open the door for a conversation and allow someone to express their thoughts and feelings, potentially reducing isolation and facilitating connection with a supportive individual. If you have troubling things on your mind, we'll discuss to some ways to get it off your mind.
