We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

When addressing invisible wounds—such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), moral injury, anxiety, and secondary trauma—digital wellness refers to the intentional, evidence-based use of technology to regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience, and access care.

For veterans, first responders, and active-duty service members, digital wellness is less about tracking screen-time and more about leveraging technology as a tactical toolkit for psychological survival and recovery. Because these populations face unique barriers to traditional therapy—including geographic displacement, demanding shifts, and a profound cultural stigma against asking for help—digital wellness serves as an anonymous, highly accessible bridge to healing.
