The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!

“Enjoy all the parts of being alive.  You end up mastering your own destiny!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Take chances, take a lot of them. Because honestly, no matter where you end up and with whom, it always ends up just the way it should be. Your mistakes make you who you are. You learn and grow with each choice you make. Everything is worth it. Say how you feel, always be you, and be ok with it.
Today's Message is: "End Up Day!" Why Not?

Good “Sunday” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters, Connections, Friends, & Patriots!”  Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in Conroe, TX — June 29, 2025

Today’s Message is:  “End Up Day!”  Why Not?

“The leadership journey starts with purpose and a vision.  Great leaders never end up where they started in the beginning, but they end up in the right place because they align their goals with the vision and take care of people along the way.  Always end up making a positive impact on people by giving clear direction!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs, CEO, Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV)

Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. Believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior and confess Him with your tongue or you will end up in an eternity without Him and suffer the pangs of misery in Hell. Have a blessed day today and always.

Why Was it Important for Joseph to End Up in Egypt?

Joseph had to go to Egypt so that Christians and seekers could see that God went with him. Readers witness the testimony of a life that emerged fruitful out of tragedy, not so much in terms of the material wealth Joseph gained but in his spiritual fortitude and growth.

Not sure any of my childhood friends had the faintest idea where I'd end up. But heck, neither did/do I.
